Artificial Solutions: Voice Recognition for Any Voice

Getting voice recognition software to work is the stuff that keeps comedians in business.  It can drive someone crazy when they try to get applications or phone systems to understand the human voice.  It involves screaming, repetition, and frustration.  Unfortunately, an entire customer experience can be destroyed by software that was supposed to make life easier.  The solution is to add a feature to computers and mobile devices that has the ability to interact with users in a conversational tone.  For companies that want to develop language tools, Artificial Solutions can make this feature happen.
Artificial Solutions has created a suite of products that addresses the different needs of its clients.  They call their technology Natural Language Interaction (“NLI”) which is an alternative to the stiff language restrictions of the past, where users sounded as if they were screaming at devices that was never going to understand them.  This could be frustrating not only for the user but for everyone listening nearby.

Artificial Solutions products work together with different types of devices.  Their Teneo product works with consumer devices so that users can talk to their devices instead of pushing buttons.  The Teneo Virtual Assistant can help build an interactive assistant for customer or employees interaction that is efficient enough to answer most questions without human interaction.  Normally, a company would have to build customized language recognition tools as an add-on to proprietary software.  Artificial Solutions eliminates that expensive and time-consuming project.  When properly implemented, this product should handle most questions that, in the past, would have required human intervention at a call center.  The product will also ensure that this is done in a consistent manner and can do so in 21 languages.  This will improve the customer experience for these companies and will reduce employee costs in the long run.
